  • Charge Level: Verify sufficient charge untuk planned flight + 20% reserve.
  • Voltage Check: Use battery checker untuk verify cell voltages balanced (imbalanced cells indicate battery degradation).
  • Connectors: Inspect battery connectors untuk damage, corrosion, loose pins.
  • Temperature: Battery should be room temperature. Cold batteries provide less power, hot batteries dangerous.

3. Electronics Check

  • Controller: Verify controller fully charged, all switches functioning, sticks centered.
  • Firmware: Confirm drone dan controller running same firmware version (mismatched firmware cause erratic behavior).
  • GPS Signal: Wait untuk strong GPS lock (min 10 satellites) before takeoff.
  • Compass Calibration: Check compass calibrated. Recalibrate jika flying di new location atau near metal structures.
